Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us. If you need to return a purchased item, please submit a ticket to the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) . All items sold by Microaprtsmi LLC are covered by warranty of 30 days against defects, except as otherwise specified on an individual basis on the invoice. Defect in this context means manufacturer's defects. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from work done by any other technicians. We do not guarantee compatibility.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, [please email customer service at support1@micropartsmi.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number and return address,] place the item securely in its original packaging.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return/exchange/return or exchange]. you will need to follow our standard RMA procedure. Once the item has been returned, we will test it and fix the problem. If the item cannot be repaired, we will send out a replacement. Replacement hardware may be either new or equivalent to new and be identical or equivalent specification.

  • Micropartsmi LLC ship the products based on the product models or part number and conditions. If you receive the product labeled by different brand but with the same part number, we cannot refund your order for this case but we can replace that product with your desired brand if we have it in our stock.

  • [New Retail or New Factory Sealed item can not be return to MicropartsMI LLC. The manufacturer must be contacted directly in order to obtain a (RMA) number and shipping instructions]
  • [Micropartsmi LLC reserv the right to charge 25% restocking fee if there is any damage to orginal packaing , missing componets or accessories]
  • If the product is Dead on Arrival the time period of 15 days from the date of the invoice to submit RMA .
  • We do not take any product back if it is physically damaged by the customer
  • To return products customer return request form must be completed within 15 days from the date of purchase.
